A little Earth Day Action

As the King of Rock and Roll once sang, “A Little Less Conversation, A Little More Action.”  At GreenT Climate Software, we could not agree more, particularly as it applies to Earth Day.

In the spirit of awareness, action and making things better, we did not just want to talk about doing. Our first company Earth Day, GreenT acted in Bend Oregon with Willing Workers on Local Farms (WWOLF) and in Wylie Texas with a trash pickup, sponsored by Think Energy. The outcome:

·         Mary learned that if you apply enough sugar and snacks to the young, they will loudly pick up trash with unbridled passion that delights her and disturbs the parents.

·         Ryan discovered that it takes a community to support local agriculture and was reminded that things that start small can grow to have huge, huge impact.

This is our first of many Earth Days that we will spend in action. We are honored to be here, leaving things better than we found them and growing.  Happy Earth Day!
